1. If you purchase something twice by mistake, a full refund can be supplied as long as the purchase has been made within the last 14 days and proof of purchase is given.

2. All VIP members must wear their group tag when purchasing items at the in-world store . If not worn and an item is purchased, no refund will be given for the difference.

3. If you receive an item and the textures (or object) aren't all full perm (and they should be), please contact Nashari Hynes or Laurie7983 Gothly with your transaction history information and we will send you a corrected version.

 4.  If you need help texturing something there are many informative videos, forums, and guides to help in making your full perm mesh item the reality you envision it.  For advanced texturing issues that rely in the building quality of the mesh please feel free to contact .:UR:., otherwise you will be guided to http://www.avistyle.es/how-texture-meshes-for-secodn-life-videotutorial/.

5. Exclusive category rights for custom work is at a base rate of L$100k. Exclusive custom items will start at a base rate of L$10K.  Non-exclusive custom mesh items will be priced dependent on projected hours the project required.

6.  Please do not message staff for redelivery of items.  If you purchase something in the store use the terminal for redelivery.  If you purchase something on the marketplace and don't receive your item, put your transaction details with your username (NOT DISPLAY NAME) in a notecard and send it to either Laurie7983 Gothly or Nashari Hynes

7.  Once the custom piece has been received the customer has a 24 hour period to review the product to their satisfaction.
